1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Park Pass software ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Parking Enforcement & Towing

Park Pass LLC provides software solutions for vehicle registration and permit management. We are not a towing company. We do not own tow trucks, impound lots, or employ drivers. Any towing actions taken against your vehicle are at the sole discretion of your property management and their contracted towing service provider.

Park Pass is not liable for damages, fees, or loss of use resulting from your vehicle being towed. All disputes regarding towing must be directed to the towing company listed on the signage at your property.

3. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms

Program Description:

Park Pass sends automated text messages to users who have registered for parking permits or guest passes. These messages include account activation links, permit expiration warnings, and guest parking confirmations.

Opt-In:

You opt-in to receive messages by providing your mobile number during the lease signing process (via paper form) or by entering your phone number into our web portal for verification.

Opt-Out & Help:

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@parkpassllc.com.

Carriers & Fees:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your account activity (e.g., registration, guest pass creation). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Register vehicles that you do not own or have permission to use.
  • Input false license plate information to evade enforcement.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share your information. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
